AC Local Trains Fare To Be Reduced By 50% In Mumbai
The Minister of State for Railways Raosaheb Danve announced air-conditioned local trains fare in Mumbai less by 50%. On April 29, Danve addressed the media in an inauguration of the restored heritage building of Byculla railway station and announced the new fare to be Rs 30. Previously, the AC local train fare was Rs 65 for a distance of 5 km. Notably, it was a Mumbai people's long-pending demand.

We Have Worked Out The Mathematics: Minister On Forming Govt In Maharashtra
While addressing party workers in Maharashtra, Union Consumer Affairs Minister Raosaheb Danve has stated that BJP will form government in the state soon. Claiming the party has figured out the ''Mathematics'', Raosaheb said, "BJP will come to power in Maharashtra in next two to three months." Besides, he has urged the party workers to be active with the cause. However, senior BJP members have refused to opine on the statement.
