SC Seeks Response From 11 States On Implementation Of RERA Rules Or Send Principal Secy To Explain
The Supreme Court has asked 11 states to file responses on the issues of implementing Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. The apex court has given a time of four weeks to the state governments, and stated that if failed to file a response within the prescribed time, their principal secretaries incharge of housing departments must make personal appearances. Notably, the matter was heard by Justices Chandrachud and Hima Kohli.

Billionaire Mark Cuban Buys Entire Town Of Mustang In Texas
Billionaire Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks bought the entire town of Mustang in Texas. Reportedly, the town was founded in the 1970s, with a population of 21 people; the town was put up for sale in 2017 for $4 million. BJP's Lodha Tops Hurun's Top-100 Realty Developer List For 4th Time
BJP leader and real estate tycoon Mangal Prabhat Lodha of 'Lodha Group' has topped Hurun India's 100 richest realty developers list for fourth consecutive year. Establishing the company in 1980, Lodha's wealth surged 39% to Rs 44,270 crore as compared to 2020.
