Instagram To Rebrand IGTV As 'Instagram TV'
Instagram will be rebranding IGTV as 'Instagram TV'. The company's first big push into video, IGTV, was meant to be a mobile equivalent to YouTube. However, the lengthier format failed to catch on, and just two months later, TikTok was released in the United States. With its short video format "Reels", Instagram has refocused its video efforts to compete with TikTok.

Instagram Reels Offers a Dedicated Tab For Indian Users
Following a massive response for 'Instagram Reels' in India, the company has offered a dedicated tab in Reels app for the country. The new feature will facilitate searching Reels creators and their videos in the app. It will replace the positioning of existing 'explore tab' that will now be placed at the top right corner of the home page. India is the first country to get such feature in Reels.
