North Korean Women, Girls Banned To Be Named After Kim Jong Un's Daughter

In North Korea, women and girls are forced to change their identities if they share the same name as Kim Jong Un's daughter, Ju Ae.  The North Korean authorities asked women to change their names as naming after Kim Jong Un's 10-year-old daughter is prohibited. An anonymous source said, "Yesterday, the Ministry of Security in Jeongju City summoned women registered with the resident registration department under the name 'Ju Ae'

Amarnath Pilgrimage Registration Begins From April 11, Yatra In June

The Amarnath Yatra, which is scheduled from June 30, started its registration. Devotees can register themselves at 316 branches of Punjab National Bank across India.  Registration this year is for Rs 120 per person. However, those who registered last year, need to pay Rs 20 extra. In addition, people below 13-year-old and above 75-year-old are not eligible for the Amarnath Yatra, which will commence on August 11.

NEET 2022 Exam Dates Revised Again, New Dates Here

The National Test Agency (NTA) once again revised the date of the 2022 Medical entrance exam, the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET).  According to sources, the new dates for the NEET exams in on July 17, and the registration process for the same has already started on April 6, and will continue till May 6. Furthermore, candidates can pay the application fee till May 7, 11:50 pm.

Over 3 Lakh Kids Registered On Day 1 For Vaccine On Co-WIN Portal

As the Co-WIN portal opened for registration, 3,26,591 lakh children aged between 15 to 18 registered themselves for the COVID-19 vaccine administration till January 1, 11:59 pm. The vaccine administration at the center will start from January 3 onwards. However, the Union government also allowed walk-in registration. Notably, the government has said that ''children born in 2007 and earlier shall be eligible to receive the vaccine''.

The Indian Post has rolled out a new facility of passport registration and passport availability at the nearest Post office which was first carried out at various passport Seva Kendra. For availing of the facility, the applicant needs to visit the post office's Common Service Centers or CSS. It will be mandatory for all applicants to be present physically under the new scheme.

Within 24 hours of its booking opened in India, nearly 1 Lakh people have registered for its upcoming scooter, said Ola on July 17. "I am thrilled by the tremendous response from customers across India for our first electric vehicle. K'taka To Punish Hospitals Refusing To Give COVID Bodies Over Dues

The Karnataka government has directed all district administrations to cancel registration of private hospitals that refuse to hand over  bodies of COVID-19 victims to families due to incomplete payment.
