Shardul Thakur To Replace Deepak Chahar In ICC T20 World Cup
All-rounder Shardul Thakur has replaced the injured Deepak Chahar as a reserve player in the India squad for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in Australia beginning on October 16. Notably, the BCCI announced the decision after Chahar, who was named a stand-by of Jasprit Bumrah, also suffered an injury. Earlier, Bumrah suffered a back injury and was ruled out. With this, Thakur will have a chance in T20 World-Cup.

ACB Appoints Mohammed Nabi As Afghanistan Men's cricket Captain
Cricket All-Rounder Mohammed Nabi will now be leading the Afghanistan men's Cricket team in the upcoming T20 World Cup, as its new captain. The decision comes on September 9, after former captain Rashid Khan decides to step down from his post. Reportedly, Khan said, "The selection committee and ACB has not obtained my consent for the team which has been announced by ACB media.”
