SC Lashes Out At Election Commission To Re-Notifying Local Bodies Polls, Says Can't Do That
The Supreme Court, reviewed a petition filed against the rescheduling of Maharashtra Local Bodies elections. It criticised the Maharashtra Election Commission for re-scheduling polls for 367 local bodies, which was notified to grant OBC reservations, earlier.
