Retired Postman Of Meghalaya Helps Poor Students To Complete Education
Binestar Ksanlah, a resident of Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district is the man who funded many students for education. A retired postman set-up schools in remote villages of the northeastern state and helped many students to achieve their education at free-of-cost. The 70-year-old Ksanlah is making possible ways to help poor children in dire need of financial help to continue with their studies.
