Antibiotics Likely To Put Young People At Greater Risk Of Developing Colon Cancer: Study
A study published in the British Journal of Cancer found that antibiotic use is associated with an increased risk of colon cancer in young people. In addition, the researchers analysed data of nearly 40,000 people. The risk of developing colon cancer was 9% greater in those who were 50 and above who used antibiotics.
