Tech startup 'Netradyne' has combined with a nonprofit organisation 'Drive Smart Drive Safe' (D2S) in-order to curb road accidents in the country. Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on march 18 announced in the lok sabha that the government will soon introduce GPS-based toll collection. In-order to avoid toll theft and GST evasion cases, the collection of money will be done through GPS imaging. In a jaw-dropping display, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) achieved the feat of finishing a 25.54 km single-lane road in 18 hours.
