Promobot To Pay £1,50,000 To Applicants Willing To 'Lend' Facial Features

Tech company, Promobot is reported to launch new set of robots which will have friendly and familiar faces like human beings. A whopping amount of £1,50,000 will be paid by the company to anyone who agrees to lend their facial features. Furthermore, the applicants must be over 25 years of age. The company said, "since 2019, we have been actively manufacturing and supplying humanoid robots to the market".

In A First, Air India Express To Use Robotic Device To Disinfect Aircrafts

To clean and sanitize the aircraft, Air India Express has switched to a robotic device with UV disinfection lamping system, becoming the first airline in India to do so.  The robotic device is equipped with foldable arms, and the UV light helps in disinfecting the areas which are difficult to reach. Moreover, it has been tested and approved by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratory (NABL).
