US Defence System Intercepts Missiles Fired At Kabul Airport

The US military on August 29 "unmanned over-the-horizon airstrike" in Kabul to take down the members of ISIS-K, responsible for the Kabul airport attacks. Reportedly, in retaliation to the US airstrike, five rockets were fired at the Kabul airport to target civilians. However, the missile was intercepted by the US defense system. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden has warned of another attack as the US proceeds further evacuation of troops.

Israel Pledges To Take Care Of Kerala-based Soumya Santhosh's Family

Israeli has announced to take care of Soumya Santhosh's family as a compensation of her death, which occurred due to the ongoing Israel-Palestine tensions. Offering condolences, Israel's Deputy Chief of Mission to India Rony Yedidia Clein assured that Santhosh' remains will be transported back to India. Earlier, Santhosh was killed after a rocket fired from Gaza struck her residence while she was on a video call with her husband.

Kerala-Based 31-Yr-Old Woman Lost Her Life In Rocket Attack In Israel

A native of Kerala, Soumya Santhosh, was killed in a rocket attack in Israel's Ashkelon that struck her residence on May 11, while she was on a video call with her husband Santhosh. The 31-year-old woman was working there as a housemaid for the last seven years and had a nine-year-old son. Kerala's minister V. Muraleedharan offered his condolences to Soumya's family and assured all possible assistance to them.
