RTI activist

The police have arrested three persons namely Pradeep Kumar, Satish TC, and Tejas Kumar hailing from Tavarekere in Karnataka's Ramanagara district for the alleged murder of Venkatesh, an RTI activist on July 15. The investigation points out the dispute relating to financial misunderstanding. According to the police, the victim's right hand and leg were chopped off after which he succumbed at a hospital.
