Russian PM Phone Calls PM Modi, Will Not Attend G20 Summit In Delhi
Russian PM Vladimir Putin is not going to attend the upcoming G20 Summit, organized to be held in India, Delhi, between September 8-10. The Russian counterpart of PM Narendra Modi dialled the phone and expressed that he would not be able to attend the G20 Summit. The duo also discussed the bilateral talks and held conversations over recently held BRICS summit in South Africa.

International Emmy Committee Bans Russian Programmes For 2022 Competition
International Academy of Television, Art & Science ahas decided to ban all Russian programs from this year's International Emmy Committee 2022 on March 25 to support Ukraine. The announcement says any Russian program, which meets the criteria of the competition and is ineligible, if submitted. The decision follows after the organisations banned affiliations with Russians.

Pennsylvania Bans State Liquor Stores From Selling Russian Products: US
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board on February 28, announced that the state liquor stores will no longer sell any Russian-made liquor and other products. Russian Citizen Arrested For Murdering His Russian Friend: North Goa
A Russian citizen named Denis Kriuchoky was detained on August 28 in North Goa's Siolim village for murdering his Russian friend. On August 19, a Russian national, Ekaterina Titova was discovered dead in her rented apartment. After investigation, police found out the participation of the accused in the murder of Titova. Two Russian Women Found Dead In North Goa
Two Russian women identified as Alexandra Ri-Djavi and Ekaterina Titova were found dead in two separate incidents. According to the police, the 24-year-old Ri-Djavi was found hanging in her rented apartment in Siolim, North Goa, While Ekaterina, who is 34-year-old was found dead on her bed in her rented apartment in Oxel, North Goa. The Police await Russian Embassy's permission to conduct a post-mortem.

4 Yr Old Russian Becomes Youngest Lung Transplant Donee
A four-year Russian boy has successfully undergone a bilateral lung transplant at MGM Healthcare in Chennai, after being on a mechanical ventilator for the past three years. Reportedly, he is the youngest to undergo a lung transplant in India and one of the youngest in Asia. The boy who was suffering from fibrosing alveolitis got a two-year-old brain-dead doner from Gujarat’s Surat in December 2020.
