5 Bangladesh Nationals Sent Back Home After Treating For Mental Ailments
Five Bangladesh nationals were sent back to their country after recovering from mental ailment issues at Modern Psychiatric Hospital in West Tripura's Narsingarh on April 2. They strayed into Indian soil unknowingly and were rescued from different locations in Tripura from 2015. Maldives Supports India's Rejection to Hold 19th SAARC Summit in Pakistan
Maldives spoke out in support of India at the SAARC foreign ministers’ meeting on September 24, in rejecting the proposal to hold the 19th SAARC summit in Pakistan. The current SAARC chair, Nepal had put forth the proposal. The Foreign Minister of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid in the informal meet said that it is not the right time to hold the summit since countries are already busy in handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
