After another glitch in the SpiceJet flight, the Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) issued a show-cause notice to the airlines over its degradation safety margins. Notably, on July 6, SpiceJet informed its freighter aircraft, which was heading to Chongqing in China, returned to Kolkata, after its weather radar was not working.
