Govt To Open More Sainik Schools By Involving Private Players, NGOs
The Union government is eyeing to open Sainik Schools across various parts of the country partnering with private schools, NGOs and state education boards. Aimed at connecting the 'CBSE plus' type of educational institutions, the Union will impart Sainik School's curriculum under affiliation with Sainik Schools Society. Gujarat: Sainik School Decides To Offer Admission To Girls In Class 6
In a progressive step, abiding by Defence Ministry’s directive, Gujarat’s only Sainik School in Balachadi, Jamnagar will offer admission to girls in Class-VI for the upcoming academic year.
