Saket Gokhale

Delhi HC has asked activist Saket Gokhale to delete his tweets against Union Minister Harshdeep Singh Puri's wife Lakshmi Puri. If he fails to do so within 24 hours, Twitter will take down those posts. Mr Gokhale had tweeted about some property purchase by Puri in Switzerland. Mrs Puri alleged in her lawsuit that Gokhale has made "false and factually incorrect, per-se defamatory, slanderous and libellous statements/ imputations".
