Sameer Wankhede Reacts To Speculation Dilogue Of Jawaan
Sameer Wankhede reacted to the recent dilogue of Shah Rukh Khan, in his upcoming film Jawaan. Notably, there's a speculation that, Jawan's dialogue 'Bete ko haath lagane se pehle, baap se baat kar' was directed at former NCB chief Sameer Wankhede. Like the dilogue, Sameer retorted , "I have licked the fire and danced in the ashes of every bridge I ever burned. I fear no hell from you."

Arbaaz Khan, Merchant To Summon To Give Statement In Aryan Khan Drug Case
he Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned model Arbaaz Merchant and others in connection with the Sameer Wankhede bribery case, sources told CNN-News18 on Friday. They have all been asked to join the investigation in Delhi. IRS officer Wankhede and four others have been accused of seeking a bribe of Rs 25 crore from actor Shah Rukh Khan for not implicating his son Aryan in the Cordelia cruise ‘drug bust’ case.

In breaking news, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted a raid at Sameer Wankhede's home in Mumbai. The attacks on the ex-Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) official were conducted amid charges of corruption, confirmed the CBI officials. Notably, Sameer Wankhede is the same officer who arrested Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in an alleged drug case in October 2021 and was charged of corruption.

Sameer Wankhede Gets Clean Chit From Scrutiny Committee In 'Fake Caste Claim'
The Mumbai district scrutiny committee has issued a clean chit to former zonal director of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Sameer Wankhede, in August 13. Wankhede was accused by ex-minister Nawab Malik, alleging that Wandkhede faked his caste to secure the prestigious central government job. Sameer Wankhede Files Plea Challenging Dismissal Of Liquor License
Sameer Wankhede, the former zonal Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) director filed a petition in the Bombay HC. In the petition, Wankhede informed that the State Excise Commissioner has dismissed his appeal challenging a Thane Excise Collector's order. Notably, The Excise Collector cancelled the liquor license of his restaurant and bar in Navi Mumbai. Previously, in February, Sameer Wankhede filed a plea, which was rejected on June 16.

Maharashtra Excise Department Issues Notice To Sameer Wankhede Over Bar License
On December 13, the Thane unit of the Maharashtra Excise Department has issued a notice to NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede regarding his bar & restaurant. Allegations are that Wankhede was not eligible for a bar & restaurant license, which was given in 1997. He was 17 years old at the time, far below the eligible age of 21. As per the notice, Wankhede has to reply within a week.
