Sanmina JV

The US based Sanmina Group has formed a Joint Venture with Reliance Industries for electronics manufacturing in India. In addition, Reliance Industries would reportedly invest Rs 16.7 billion for the deal. The project will deliver hardware for 5G communications, cloud infrastructure, healthcare systems, clean technology, defense and aerospace. Notably, Reliance will hold a 50.1% stake in the joint venture after the investment.
