Satyendar Jain’s Wife Poonam Granted Bail By Delhi HC
In the ongoing money laundering case against Delhi minister Satyendar Jain and his wife Poonam Jain, Delhi High Court has granted bail to Poonam, on August 23. Notably, Delhi cabinet minister Satyendar Jain was arrested on May 30. Notably on June 6, the ED seized Rs 2.85 crore in cash and 133 gold coins weighing 1.80 kg. Special Court Extends Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain's Judicial Custody By 2 Weeks
A special court has extended Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain's judicial custody for two more weeks. ED arrested AAP leader Satyendar Jain on May 30, in a money laundering case. Satyender Jain was admitted to hospital last week after his oxygen levels dipped. He reportedly attended the court proceedings through video conferencing. Notably, special judge Geetanjali Goel passed the order, hearing ED's plea to extend his custody.

Satyendar Jain's ED Custody Extended For 14 Days In Money Laundering Case
A special court extended the judicial custody of Satyendar Jain, the Health Minister of Delhi by two weeks. On June 13, the court extended the Enforcement Directorate (ED) judicial custody of the AAP leader, arrested in the money laundering case. Furthermore, the Delhi High Court accepted his bail plea of Jain and adjourned the matter to a hearing for June 14.

Satyendar Jain's ED Custody Extended Till June 13 : Delhi Court
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody of the Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has been extended till June 13. A Delhi district court judge, on June 9, reviewed the custodial plea and extended the ED custody. Notably, Satyendar Jain has been arrested by the ED in a money laundering case, happened in 2017. He has been arrested on May 31 and has been under judicial custody since then.

ED Seizes Cash, Gold Worth Crores After Raid At Satyendar Jain's Residence
In the recently conducted raid at Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain's residence, the Enforcement Directorate recovered Rs 2.82 crores of cash & 133 gold coins weighing 1.80 kg. The recoveries have been seized under the PMLA from unexplained sources. The raids were carried out on June 6, at the premises of Satyendar Jain and his close aides, after he was alleged of money laundering and is under ED custody.

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain Arrested In Money Laundering Case
Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has been arrested by ED in money laundering case, with alleged hawala transactions related to a Kolkata-based company, on May 30. A special team raided Jain's premises in Delhi. The case can be traced back to a complaint CBI filed against Jain in 2017. Following which, ED filed a criminal case since Jain could not explain the sources of funds received by four companies.
