School Bus Overturns In Andhra Pradesh’s Nellore; 2 Students Injured
In Andhra Pradesh’s Nellore, a private school bus overturned in a roadside agricultural field in Minagallu village in Buchireddypalem on August 18. The bus was carrying nine passengers. The accident occurred when the driver lost control over the vehicle. Reportedly, two students sustained minor injuries in the incident. Further details on the matter are awaited.

8-Year Old Sustained Injuries After School Bus Overturned: Punjab
In Hoshiarpur, Punjab, a major accident left an eight-year-old boy injured, confirmed police on July 14. Notably, a private school bus overturned near village Shergar after the school bus driver lost control over the vehicle. Of the 20 students in the bus, eight-year-old boy sustained injuries and is under observation for medical treatment. The police registered a case and launched an investigation into the accident.

Torsus Reveals a New Version of Praetorian School Bus
Czech heavy-duty automobile maker Torsus revealed a school bus variant of 'Praetorian.' The bus comes with super safety measures as its humongous structure has a 16-inch ground clearance. The bus has Michelin off-road tires specially designed for high terrain experience and can also cross water bodies about two feet deep. With exterior painted in typical yellow, the bus has a 6.9L engine capable of producing 240 bhp.
