Teen Shot Dead At Marriage Function, Investigation Underway: Uttar Pradesh
In Kanshiram colony of Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur, an 18-year-old was shot dead at a marriage function, on May 4. Om, a guest at a marriage ceremony, was shot dead by Rahul Agnihotri, over some dispute, reported PTI. Following the incident, the victim's brother has filed a complaint against Agnihotri, said police. The investigation on the matter is going on, and further details are awaited.

PM Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Ganga Expressway in Shahjahanpur, UP, on December 18. The new expressway will provide fast-paced connectivity across the country, a vision of growth in UP. The 594-kilometer six-lane long expressway will be built at a cost of Rs 36,200 crore. The Ganga Expressway was approved on November 26, 2020, and will be completed in 2024.

PM Modi To Arrive At Shahjahanpur To Lay Foundation Stone Of Ganga Expressway
PM Narendra Modi will arrive in Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur district to lay the foundation stone of Ganga Expressway, on December 18. The project offers a 594 km long six-lane expressway and it'll cost over Rs 36,200 crore to build. It'll start from Meerut's Bijauli village and will end in Prayagraj's Judapur Dandu village. Besides, it'll have a 3.5 km long airstrip, facilitating the landing of Air Force planes.
