Congress leader Shashi Tharoor shared a sarcastic meme in regard to Aadhar-PAN linkage. Taking a dig at the ruling BJP Government, Tharoor shared a picture of Akbar-Birbal having a conversation regarding same. In the shared tweet, Birbal said, "Did you know? Mallikarjun Kharge, KN Tripathi File Nominations For Congress President Election
Leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha and senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge filed his nomination for the Congress president election.
