Raj Kundra Tests Positive For COVID-19
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra has been tested positive for Covid-19. Taking to Instagram, Bollywood news page, Viral Bhiyani shared a photo of the couple and confirmed that Kundra contracted with the deadly virus. Bhiyani shared a funny caption saying, "He can have a museum with the collection of masks he has. Kya fayda wapas covid ka thappa lag gaya." the couple is yet to issue any statement.

Raj Kundra Submits Release Appeal In Porn Racket Case
Raj Kundra, actor Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman, has asked the court for discharge in the alleged porn racket case. The crime section of the Mumbai police detained Kundra and Ryan Thorpe, the IT director for his business, in July of last year. The arrest was made for allegedly making and distributing pornographic movies using the "HotShots" smartphone app, which is supported by subscribers.

Summons Issued To Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Shamita & Sunanda: Mumbai
Mumbai's Andheri magistrate court has reportedly issued summons to Shilpa Shetty Kundra, her sister Shamita Shetty and their mother Sunanda Shetty. They have been accused of not repaying a loan of Rs 21 lakh to a businessman named Parhad Amra. Notably, Shilpa's father Surendra Shetty had borrowed the sum in 2015. The alleged sum was supposed to be repaid by January 2017, but they are now refusing to repay it.

SC Grants Raj Kundra 'Arrest Protection' For 4 Weeks: Porn Film Racket Case
The Supreme Court on December 15, granted Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra protection from getting arrested, for the next four weeks. A bench comprising Justice Vineet Saran and Justice Aniruddha Bose granted the said order, after hearing the arguments. The next hearing on the "porn film racket case" has been postponed to four weeks from now. Earlier in the month of July, Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Police.

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra filed a defamation suit of Rs 50 crore against Sherlyn Chopra. Reportedly, Sherlyn Chopra had filed a case against Raj Kundra for cheating, sexual harassment and criminal intimidation on October 14. Furthermore, Shetty and Kundra have asked for a public apology from the actress. However, Live Law has reported Sherlyn's accusations against the couple as "false" and "baseless".

Pornography Case: Mumbai Court Grants Bail To Businessman Raj Kundra
The Mumbai court has granted bail to Businessman Raj Kundra and his co-worker Ryan Thorpe on September 20, under the pornography case. As per reports, Kundra made a bail plea on September 18 claiming that he was falsely implicated in the case, and he was being made a scapegoat despite not being at fault. However, Kundra & Thorpe were granted bail on a surety amount of Rs 50,000.

Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra Fined For Violating Insider Trading Norms
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) slaps Rs 3 lakh fine on Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra, her husband Raj Kundra, and their company Viaan Industries for violating Insider Trading Norms. According to the order, the Kundras delayed the mandatory disclosure to the stock exchange for three years. The market regulator has ordered to jointly pay the penalty within 45 days of the receipt of the order.
