In a tragic incident, four minors including one boy and three girls, drowned in Machagora dam in Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara district, on May 5. Reportedly, the children entered the dam to take bath. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed his deep condolences and announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 4 lakh to each of the victim's families. "I pray for the peace of the innocent children's souls," he said.
