Apple Becomes World's First Company To Hit $3 Trillion In Market Value

Apple on January 3, became the world's first $3 trillion company. It has boosted the investors' confidence that they will keep launching iPhone products and explore new markets such as automatic cars and virtual reality. Apple shares were up and hit an all-time high of USD 182.88, surpassing USD 182.01. "It's a fantastic accomplishment and certainly worthy to be celebrated," said Jake Dollarhide, CEO of Longbow Asset Management.

COVID-19: Apple Inc To Vaccinate Its Employees At Its Offices

Apple Inc. on April 23 announced to begin an inoculation program to help its employees get vaccinated for COVID-19. For the voluntary vaccination program the tech-giant partnered with Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. to procure the required vaccines. Soon, Apple will also start a website for employees to book appointments to receive the vaccine. Notably, Apple is one of the first company in Silicon Valley to launch such a program.

Chrome Unveils New Feature; Enables Preview Page Before Opening

Google Chrome has unveiled a new feature in the platform that allows users to preview a page before accessing it. Aimed at enhancing user experience, the novel feature enables the user to see the contents of a page by clicking on the given link without actually going to the page. Besides, this feature gets automatically added to the browser without Play Store's interference. Currently, the feature is available in Chrome 89.
