Singapore, India To Resume Daily Flights Under Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL)

Singapore's government said that it has made an agreement with India to resume commercial flights under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) program, beginning from November 29. Commercial flights have resumed, according to Singapore's high commissioner Simon Wong. "Joint efforts by both agencies have resulted in the resumption of commercial flights. From November 22, Indian travelers can apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP)", he added.

Singapore Airlines to Launch 'No Destination' Flights to Boost Revenues

Singapore Airlines will launch "No Destination Flights" by the end of October, 2020 to boost its revenue. The flights will take off from the Jewel Changi Airport and land at the same Airport after spending around 3 hours in the sky. The aim of the project is to provide an experience of flying. Similar initiatives have been taken by Japanese and Taiwanese airlines already to manage their revenues.
