Single Leadership

The SC agreed to hear then plea regarding the single leadership issue in Tamil Nadu. The SC bench on July 4, said that it would hear on July 6.  Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister EK Palaniswami, challenged the Madras HC order, staying the passing of any unannounced resolutions in the AIADMK General and Executive councils meeting. Furthermore, a vacation bench comprising Indira Banerjee and JK Maheshwari will hear the plea.
