BJP Expelled Leader Vinod Arya Amid Ankita Bhandari Murder Case: Uttarakhand
The Uttarakhand unit of BJP expelled leader Vinod Arya after his son Pulkit Arya was accused in a murder case of 19-year-old Ankita Bhandari. Notably, on September 24, Laxman Jhula Police arrested Pulkit Arya, the owner of an illegally constructed resort, in connection with the murder of Ankita Bhandari. She worked as the receptionist at the resort, whose body was found on September 23. CM Pushkar Dhami order SIT probe.

PIL Filed In SC, Demands SIT Investigation In Birbhum Violence
Vishnu Gupta, the National President Hindu Sena filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Supreme Court, demanding SIT probe in the Birbhum violence. The petitioner alleged the TMC cadres in order to take revenge of the murder of TMC leader Bahadur Shaikh, burnt eight people of Rampurhat region of Birbhum alive. Furthermore, he asked the SIT team to investigate the incident and submit report to the Apex Court.
