The researchers claimed that being exposed to light at night may be harmful in multiple ways and could lead to chronic diseases. "This is about enough light that you could maybe see your way around, but it's not enough light to really read comfortably," stated a researcher. Notably, the study also concluded that exposure to light at night could disturb our metabolism.

Man With Rare Condition Sleeps 300 days A Year: Rajasthan
Purkharam, a 42-year-old man from Rajasthan's Nagaur is being called a real-life 'Kumbhakaran' as he sleeps 300 days a year. Notably, Purkharam is suffering from a rare disorder known as 'Axis hypersomnia'. He espied about the disorder 23 years ago and his condition has worsened ever since. He is survived by his wife and mother, who are hopeful that he will live a normal life someday.
