Finland Employs Sniffer Dogs To Detect Coronavirus

Finland has deployed sniffer dogs at the Helsinki Airport on a four-month trial basis, to detect COVID-19. Reportedly, the travelers are asked to swipe their skin against a wipe, which is passed on to the sniffer dogs, who take ten seconds to detect the virus, presenting the results through signs such as scratching a paw, laying down, or barking. Passengers who test positive are directed to take the RT-PCR test for confirmation.
