35 Flights Arrives At Srinagar After 2 Days Disruption
Following two days of disruption and cancellation of around 79 flights, 35 scheduled flights arrived at Srinagar International Airport on January 6. The flights were landed after improvement in weather conditions. Jammu-Srinagar Highway & Other Roads Closes Amid Landslide, Mudslide
Following landslides, mudslides and shooting stones at some places, 270-km Jammu-Srinagar highway, which connects Kashmir with the outside world, remained closed, said officials on January 6. The 'efforts to restore the traffic' are underway, as authorities were clearing snow accumulations. Other roads include, Mughal road, Srinagar-Leh highway, & Sinthan road also remained closed due to snow accumulation.
