Hyderabad's Darwinbox Enters Unicorn Club, Becomes India's 84th Company

Hyderabad's software startup-company, Darwinbox, became India's 84th company to be added in the list of unicorn club with $72 million in funding round by TCV, which is also an investor in Netflix. Notably,  Darwinbox has a value of $1 billion and is fourth startup of India to enter unicorn club in 2022. Founded in 2015 by Chaitanya Peddi, Darwinbox is a cloud, which provides end-to-end HR needs of companies.

Google's New User Friendly Way To Search Files In Drive Under Development

Google on November 5 announced that it will be testing a new beta version of the search filter in Google Drive. Reportedly, this feature helps users to search files in a very distinctive way, by adding a line of filters at the top of the drive interface, letting users limit their search. Moreover, the company is offering the beta version for users to test and review through sign-up forms.

20-Year-Old Receives 22 Lakh Reward From Microsoft For Ethical Hacking

Aditi Singh, a 20-year-old girl has been rewarded $30,000 (Rs 22 lakh) by Microsoft for ethical hacking. Reportedly, Singh solved a major concern related to security and found an RCE bug in Microsoft's cloud platform Azure. "I joined the Allen Institute in Kota to prepare for the medicals... just been a year since I started bug bounty hunting," she said. However, she learned Javascript and other programming languages on YouTube.

John McAfee's tweet from 2019 has got viral after his death in a prison outside Barcelona. Posting a picture of his right bicep with a tattoo "$WHACKD", the programmer tweeted, "Getting Subtle messages from U.S officials saying, in effect: We are coming for you McAfee! We're going to kill yourself". Talking about his tattoo, McAfee stated, "If I suicide myself, I didn't. I was whacked. Check my arm."
