Adani Group To Invest Rs 65,000 In Rajasthan, To Set Up Mega 10,000 MW Solar Power Capacity
Adani group has announced to invest around Rs 65,000 crore in Rajasthan, in the next five to seven years. Adani group will reportedly set up a mega 10,000 MW solar power capacity in Rajasthan, creating over 40,000 direct and indirect jobs. The announcement was made during the inaugural session of the Invent Rajasthan Summit 2022 in Jaipur, on October 7.

China To Build First Solar Power Plant In Space By 2028
China plans to launch the world's first solar-powered space station in 2028. The program is in its early phases. The solar space station will use solar energy to generate power and microwaves. They may be used to power moving satellites in orbit, as well as to direct energy beams to stationary places on Earth via wireless power transfer. It is a part of OMEGA (Orb-Shape Membrane Energy Gathering Array).
