Hyderabad Man Walks Barefoot to Mumbai to Meet Sonu Sood

Actor-philanthropist Sonu Sood's popularity has touched a new high as one of his fans, Venkatesh, walked barefoot from Hyderabad to Mumbai just to meet him. Taking to Instagram on June 10, Sood wrote that he tried to arrange a transport for Venkatesh but the latter chose to walk instead. Although he called Venkatesh "inspiring", the actor requested his fans to not "take the trouble of doing this".

Actor-cum-philanthropist Sonu Sood has pledged to install 18 oxygen plants across India, starting from Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool and Nellore, and Karnataka's Mangalore. Sonu Sood To Set Up O2 Plants At Kurnool, Nellore Hospitals In June

Actor Sonu Sood has announced to install oxygen plants at government hospitals in Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool and Nellore district in June. Sonu announced the news after he received the ordered consignment from France and other nations. Stressing more on COVID affected rural areas, the philanthropist actor assured to set up more such plants in worst hit areas. Kurnool collector S. Sonu Sood Clarifies Ganjam DM On Being Accused Of Taking Undue Credits

Actor Sonu Sood has given clarification to Odisha’s Ganjam District Magistrate for alleging him of taking undue credits by claiming a hospital bed is arranged for COVID-19 patient. While the DM claimed that bed was not arranged, Sonu disclosed his Whatsapp chat screenshots on Twitter and asked the DM to double-check on arranging an oxygen bed at Ganjam city hospital, Berhampur. Later, the beneficiary confirmed of receiving a bed.

Sonu Sood Orders 1st Of 4 Oxygen Plants From France For India

Actor Sonu Sood, in another philanthropic step, announced his plan to install four oxygen plants in India to tackle the oxygen scarcity in the most vulnerable states. Reportedly, the order for the first plant is already placed with France, and it is estimated to arrive in 10-12 days.
