EC Orders Action Against Varanasi ADM Over Election Rules Violation
The Election Commission ordered action against ADM of Varanasi NK Singh over allegations of transferring EVM machines, ahead of UP 2022 Poll results. The orders came on March 9, a day after the SP President Akhilesh Yadav's allegations on Varanasi ADM for transferring EVMs, without informing locals. As per sources, the EC asked UP Chief Election Officer to take strict actions against Singh for violating rules.

UP's Future Is Secure In Akhilesh Yadav's Hands, Says Mayank Joshi After Joining SP
Mayank Joshi, son of BJP MP from Prayagraj Rita Bahuguna Joshi, has joined the Samajwadi Party on March 5. After joining, he said UP's future will be safe in SP President Akhilesh Yadav's hands. "Akhilesh Yadav talks about development, women's safety, youth. As a youth, I thought to stand with such a person who talks progressively," said Mayank. Meanwhile, during a rally in Azamgarh, Akhilesh Yadav gave the induction and welcomed Mayank.

FIR Registered Against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg & 49 Others
An FIR has been registered against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on December 1, with Kanauj District Court. A resident of Sarhati village, Amit Kumar, filed the case against Zuckerberg, alleging that a Facebook page "Bua Babua" is posting derogatory remarks against Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav.
