Commencing the commercial era of human space exploration, Elon Musk's SpaceX will launch four commoners from different walks of life into space on September 15. Interestingly, the whole mission is being funded by billionaire entrepreneur Jared Isaacman. However, the Inspiration4 crew-members will be on their own in space, spending three days inside SpaceX’s Crew Dragon capsule, launching from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

Elon Musk To Provide Advertisement Opportunity In Space

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk shook hands with a Canada-based startup namely Geometric Energy Corp (GEC) to provide an opportunity to the advertisers to advertise in space. Reportedly, SpaceX will shoot a rocket to place a satellite in space containing a display screen and the content will be projected on it from Earth. However, the advertisement will be live-streamed on smartphones later.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX launched a supply mission on June 3 carrying around 7,300 pounds of fresh food and supplies, which includes lemons, onions, avocados and even fresh seafood. Reportedly, the rocket is set to reach the International Space Station on June 5. The Dragon cargo capsule, a brand new addition, is also carrying the first of three shipments of high tech solar panels to improve on the old power grid.

"Can't Get To Orbit": Musk Trolls Bezos Over NASA's Contract To SpaceX

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, through Twitter on April 27, trolled Amazon and space company Blue Origin chief Jeff Bezos, after the latter challenged NASA's contract given to the former. Taking a jibe at Bezos, Musk wrote, "Can't get it up (to orbit) lol", adding more fuel to their space rivalry. The matter got heated when Musk won NASA's contract to build a spacecraft for astronauts ahead of moon mission 2024.
