Singapore Sue Woman For Leaving Him 'Friendzone'
Singapore man sues female colleague for leaving him 'friendzone.' In a bizarre incident, K Kawshigan proposed to his female friend whom he met and talked to since 2016. However, her refusal shook the man, following which he sued the woman Nora Tan for $3 million (approx. Rs 24 crores.) He said the refusal damaged his stellar reputation and caused trauma, depression, and impacts on his life.

American Singer Chris Brown Accused Of Drug, Rape In California
American Singer Chris Brown has been accused of raping Jane Doe, a choreographer, dancer, model and musical artist in California. Doe claimed that the incident happened on December 30, 2020 where Brown took her to a bedroom after the drink and raped her. As per the suit filed, it said, "The traumatic events that Plaintiff Jane Doe experienced shock the conscience and should horrify all of us."

Angry Birds Inventor "Rovio Entertainment" Accused Against Child Privacy
Hector Balderas, a New Mexico Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against "Rovio Entertainment", the inventor of the Angry Birds game and mobile franchise, in regards to privacy violation. Woman Sues Bob Dylan For Sexually Abusing Her As A Minor
A woman, alleging Bob Dylan sexually abused her in 1965, has sued him for "assault, battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional stress". The woman, identified as J.C., claimed to have been groomed for sex as a 12-year-old and sexually abused for six weeks by the American singer in his New York's Hotel Chelsea. Dylan's spokesperson stated, "the 56-year-old claims are untrue and will be vigorously defended".

British Firm Cairn Energy Files Lawsuit Against Air India
The British firm, Cairn Energy on May 14 sued Air India with respect to an arbitration award of $1.2 billion that it won in a tax dispute against India. Reportedly, the Indian government is required to pay Cairn Energy the entire sum with interest and costs. Moreover, the arbitration tribunal stated that India breached the investment treaty and was liable to pay back.

Chinese Woman Sues Tesla For Rs 5.7 Lakh After Her Model 3 Crashes
Tesla has been sued for Rs 5.7 lakh by a Chinese woman after her Model 3 car crashed in China's Zhengzhou, allegedly due to faulty brakes, back in February. The woman claimed that the debacle with the car has caused "mental anguish and emotional distress" to her and that the accident could have killed her father. Reportedly, she came into limelight after her crash-protest at the recently-concluded Shanghai auto show.
