Dermatologist Suggests Ways To Keep Skin Healthy In Summers

Dermatologist Dr Kiran has suggested the consumption of anti-oxidants in the form of fruits and vegetables to keep skin healthy as skin burns and tan lines are very common in summers. Taking to Instagram, Kiran advised adding supplements like Heliocare in the skincare routine to enhance the recovery process of the skin cells. She also said that one should use sunblock "every four hours... whether you are indoors or not."
