Centre Allows Post-Mortem After Sunset; British Rules Come To End
Hospitals in India have been allowed to conduct post-mortems after the sunset, if hospitals have adequate infrastructure at night, according to the Centre on November 16. However, the new rule doesn't allow post-mortem in case of homicide, suicide, rape, decomposed bodies, and suspected foul play.
