Puli Raju is a 48-year-old government school teacher from the Siddipet district of Telangana. Raju began work in 2002, and meticulously documented the farmer suicides in his region. He traced the victims and visited the aggrieved families to offer them support. “I am trying to provide them with ration, financial support, education material for children, and other assistance,” he added.

Reliance Jio subscribers on October 6 have complained that they faced network issues with some saying that their phone showed 'no service'. Reportedly, several others reported that their broadband connection also went down. However, according to Downdetector, the complaints spiked sharply at around 11 AM.
