Surgeries

Amending the Indian Medicine Central Council Regulations 2016, the Union has given a nod to Ayurveda doctors to perform surgery. During their PG training of Shalya tantra (general surgery) and Shalakya tantra (eye, ear, throat, nose and head) the doctors are being trained to perform various surgeries.
