Serious Criminal Charges Against 25% Of Newly Elected MLAs In TN: Report
A joint analysis by the Association of Democratic Reforms and National Election Watch has revealed that nearly 25% of newly elected MLAs in the TN Assembly Elections have criminal charges against them. Tamil Nadu Polls: Ruling AIADMK Allots 20 Seats To BJP
The AIADMK has allocated 20 assembly seats alongside the Kanyakumari Lok Sabha seat to the BJP in the upcoming polls in Tamil Nadu. Earlier, the Dravidian party had designated 23 seats to its regional ally Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK). Moreover, the AIADMK had revealed its first list of six candidates comprising CM K Palaniswami contesting from the Edappadi constituency and Deputy CM O Panneerselvam from Bodinayakanur.
