Tech Mahindra Approves Proposal To Acquire 100% Stakes Of Allyis India
Tech Mahindra is set to acquire 100% stakes of Allyis India, and 'Green Investments' with over $125 million. The huge investment will boost Tech Mahindra's capabilities in digital experience solutions, enhancing learning, marketing, development, special devices and instructional designing. The Tech Mahindra issued a statement in a BSE filing and confirmed the proposal of acquisition of the 100% equity shares.

Mahindra Launches SUV XUV700; Reveals Variants
In the replacement of XUV500, Mahindra has launched XUV700 at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh. It has completed all SUVs in terms of shape, size, and capabilities. The series of XUV700 provides a five and seven-seat variant with petrol and diesel-powered. The SUV also has four models namely MX, AX3, AX5, and AX7. There is a possibility of another model named AX7 (0), however, not yet been confirmed.

Indian IT Firms to Retrench 3 Million Employees By 2022: Report
As per sources, with automation coming at a faster pace across industries like tech space and domestic software firms, around 3 million people are likely to lose their jobs by 2022. This slash of headcount is expected to save companies an enormous amount of USD 100 billion, which they pay off as salaries annually. TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Tech Mahindra are some of the companies which are likely to retrench.

Sensex Clocks All-Time High With 52,500 Points, Nifty Ticks 15,400
