IndiGo Flight Makes Emergency Landing After Technical Glitch, 2nd Incident

An IndiGo plane from Varanasi made an emergency landing at the Delhi airport on August 22, evening due to a hydraulic issue. The source said there were more than 160 passengers onboard flight 6E-2232 en route to Delhi. Recently, this is the second airline, which has made such an emergency landing. A Mumbai-Ranchi IndiGo flight was diverted to Nagpur after a medical emergency onboard.

Navy Helicopter Have Emergency Landing Near Arabian Sea, Crew Member Rescued

A navy helicopter ditched off the Mumbai coast due to a technical snag, on March 8. The Indian Navy helicopter ditched close to the coast near the Arabian Sea. Furthermore, the flight was on a routine sortie; three crew members were rescued by naval patrol craft after immediate search and rescue. A probe to investigate the incident has been ordered. China Shuts Down Consular Section Of Its Embassy In Pakistan

Amid security concerns and citing 'technical issues,' China has temporarily closed down the consular section of its embassy. The Chinese Goverment also advised Chinese citizens in Pakistan to be cautious due to the deteriorating security situation. "Due to technical issues, the consular section of the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad will be temporarily closed from February 13, 2023, until further notice," read the notice on official website.

SpiceJet Flight Reports Nose Wheel Malfunction, 9th Glitch In 24 Days

Oldest Hubble Telescope Revives Its Service

Hubble Space Telescope which is regarded as one of the oldest working telescopes revived its service again on July 16. Following a computer glitch, the telescope crashed for a month. NASA realised that the power control unit (PCU) which comes under Science Instrument Command and Data Handling (SIC&DH) unit was the main source of the problem. “Hubble is back!” said Tom Brown, head of the Hubble mission office.

Ingenuity's Fourth Martian Flight Delayed Due To Technical Glitch

NASA has postponed the fourth flight of its Mars Ingenuity helicopter owing to a technical glitch associated with its "watchdog timer", which is responsible for alerting it of surrounding dangers. The agency, however, assured that "the helicopter is safe and in good health" and said it failed to transition to "flight mode". Reportedly, it is the same problem that delayed Ingenuity's first flight from April 11 to April 19.
