Bandi Sanjay Kumar Appointed As BJP National General Secretary

Ahead of the 2024 General elections, the BJP appointed Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the former BJP President in Telangana, as the National General Secretary of the BJP. The development came on July 29, days after Kumar was removed as the Telangana BJP President. BJP National President JP Nadda made the appointment, which came with immediate effect. Furthermore, the BJP would hold a meeting to discuss the Telangana elections 2023, in Delhi.

BRS Leader, Folk Singer Sai Chand Died Of Cardiac Arrest

Telangana BRS leader and Telangana movement folk song singer Sai Chand passed away on June 29. The 39-year-old Chand died due to cardiac arrest and was rushed to a hospital in Nagarkurnool district. Later, he was shifted to a better private hospital in Hyderabad, but could not survive. Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao, BRS leaders like T Harish Rao and other expressed grief and condolences.

Telangana's BRS To Soon Have Party Office In Nagpur

In a major expansion, Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao is set to inaugurate a Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. As per sources, the inauguration is likely to be held either on June 11, or June 15, with a grand public meeting. Getting into the details, many political leaders and anti-BJP parties are expected to attend the event. After inauguration, this will be third BRS office in India.
