Andhra Family Feeds 6 Lakh People In Lockdown, Spends Rs 2 Cr In 120 Days
A family from Andhra Pradesh’s Tenali spent nearly two crore in just 120 days to feed the distressed people during the COVID-induced lockdown. Sri Chandrasekhara Guru Paduka Peetum and Sri Ramayana Navahnika Yagna helped people through their 27-year-old foundation, Vishnubhatla Aanjaneya Chayanulu. They hired local chefs, who suffered job loss during the pandemic, and served around six lakh people in 120 days during the lockdown.
