Tesla Headquarters Will Be Relocated From California To Texas: Elon Musk

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, said on October 7 that the electric automaker wants to relocate its headquarters from Palo Alto, California, to Austin, Texas, where it is constructing a huge vehicle and battery production facility. The plant in Fremont, California is "jammed," and is difficult for people to buy homes in California, Musk stated. It intends to broaden production by 50% at its main California and Nevada factories.

French Women Aged 25 To Receive Free Contraceptive From Govt 

The French government plans to provide free contraceptives to women aged up to 25, by 2022 to prevent unwanted pregnancies. The budget allotted for this initiative is USD 25 million including consultation over contraceptives. However, the decision for free contraceptives comes in order to support women in the cost of protection against pregnancy. Earlier, France provided free pills to 18-years-old while now it is extended to 25.

Hollywood Celebs Witnessed Boycotting New Abortions Laws In Texas

As the new restriction has been imposed on abortions rights in Texas, some Hollywood celebrities were witnessed boycotting the law. On September 1, actress Patricia Arquette took to Twitter to said, ''We'll not stop until women have full equal rights in every state in America.'' Jack Antonoff also shared his views and said, ''Support abortion rights until the laws are repealed.''

Monkey Pox: US Resident Reports First Case

According to the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a person has been detected with human monkeypox on July 17. This is the first case in Texas. The patient is a resident of the US, who recently traveled back from Nigeria. He is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital. Though a rare virus, it doesn’t pose any threat to the public, said Clay Jenkins, Delas County Judge.

SpaceX's Starship SN15 Prototype Breaks Curse With Perfect Landing

Elon Musk's SpaceX finally nailed the fifth test flight of its futuristic Starship SN15 as it executed the perfect lift-off and landing at the R&D facility in Texas on May 6. The landing was extra special as the previous four Starships, from SN8 to SN11, ended up in crash while attempting to land. Reportedly, several other prototypes, currently at different stages of readiness, are being prepared.

SpaceX's Next Starship High-Altitude Launch Scheduled On April 12

SpaceX's next Starship SN15 test launch has been scheduled for April 12. The future Mars vehicle will expectedly roll out on April 9 at Boca Chica launch site in Texas, US. Reportedly, the surrounding areas have already been cleared as the last four high-altitude flights ended up in fiery crash, latest being on March 30. As per boss Elon Musk, the issue is "getting fixed six days to Sunday".
