FIFA Tickets Sales Reach 2.45 Million For Qatar 2022 World Cup

The International Football Association (FIFA) has sold 2.45 million tickets for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar with less than 100 days until the start. Fans from Qatar, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, France, Argentina, Brazil, and Germany purchased the most tickets. From November 20 to December 18, the Middle East and Arab nations will host the maiden FIFA World Cup.

Air India To Undergo Significant Changes For Improving Customer Services

Air India will undergo considerable changes as a result of the Tata Group's acquisition, with the goal of increasing customer experience. Improvements in everything from purchasing tickets to onboard flight services might be made. The DGCA recently fined the Tata-owned airline Rs 10 lakh for refusing to board customers with valid tickets and then failing to reimburse them in a timely manner.

Andhra Pradesh Government Revises Movie Ticket Prices, Issues GO

Andhra Pradesh government has revised the movie ticket prices, for all categories on March 7. Furthermore, a new category has been created in which special theatres will have increased prices rather than the multiplexes. The state government increased the rate of tickets by 100-300 per cent in regular, premium, non-premium and recliner tickets. Consumer Forum Directs 'Make My Trip' To Pay Rs 45k As Compensation

A Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II in Hyderabad ordered ''Make My Trip'' to pay over Rs 45,000, as it failed to provide the promised amount to the complainant under its ''Best Price Guarantee'' scheme. The scheme promises to refund five times the excess amount of the airfare if a customer finds the lower price within 24 hours on other India-based platforms. The Forum also termed the company's defense as ''flimsy''.
