1 Dead In Tiger Attack In Maharashtra's Gadchiroli
Ajit Nakade (21) was killed in a tiger attack in Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district, on May 5. The incident reportedly took place when Ajit when to Ussegaon forest with his female friend on a two-wheeler. Reportedly, after they ventured deep into the forest, a tiger pounced on Nakade and dragged him away. Nakade's friend fled the spot and alerted the locals about the incident.

Man Killed By Tiger In UP’s Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, Investigation Launched
In Uttar Pradesh's Mailani range of forests in Dudhwa Buffer Zone, a 61-year-old man was killed by a tiger .The man's body was found inside the forest on eve of March 26. ''The family searched for Sharafat but did not find him," informed an official. Furthermore, the body has been sent for postmortem and villagers has been asked no to venture in the area, until further investigation is underway.

Tourists Get Excited As Tiger Hunts Dog Near Them
Going on a jungle safari is an exciting experience but it adds more fun to your excursion when you get a chance to see a wild tiger hunting down its prey. A tourist group witnessed the same same thing at Rajasthan's Ranthambore National Park and their video went viral. The video showed a dog, who was standing near the tourists' jeep when suddenly, a tiger jumped and killed the dog.

Royal Bengal Tiger Trapped To Send Back To Sunderbans Reserve Forest
West Bengal Forest Minister Jyotipriyo Mallick said a male Royal Bengal Tiger, that was roaming in a village of South 24 Parganas' Kultali area for 16 hours, has been caught on the night of December 7. Reportedly, the big cat belongs to the nearby Sunderbans Reserve Forest. It will be kept ''under observation at a rescue centre for seven days'' before being released into the forest, added Mallick.

Big Cat Kills Man In Uttar Pradesh's Dudhwa Buffer Zone
Sitaram Yadav, a 45-year-old man, was reportedly killed by a tiger near Manjhra Reserve forest under the forest range of Dudhwa buffer zone in Uttar Pradesh, said forest official, on September 27. The incident took place when Yadav with his fellow villagers was grazing his domestic cattle near the forest range. The police said they also found pugmarks of a big cat at the spot on September 26.

Tiger Attacks Biker Trio, Leaves 2 Dead & 1 Injured: UP
A tiger attacked three people in the forest area near Ghugrai-Diuria road in Philibhit district of Uttar Pradesh. Following the attack, two people died while one sustained injuries. Reportedly, the trio were traveling on a bike at night when the tiger suddenly attacked them. ''One of them managed to climb up a tree while the other two died. Bodies have been sent for post mortem,'' said Philibhit SP.

Oakland Zoo's Ginger, Molly Becomes First Tigers To Get Vaccinated
Amid the ongoing menace of the coronavirus, tigers 'Ginger' and 'Molly' have become the first animals to get the vaccine at the Oakland Zoo in the USA's Califonia on July 3. However, none of the animals have contracted the virus but the zoo must be protected, said Alex Herman, the vice president of veterinary services. Moreover, the authorities have decided to vaccinate 'Primates and pigs' in the next lot.

Rajasthan: Tiger Cub Found Dead At Ranthambore National Park
A tiger cub has been found dead at Rajasthan's Ranthambore National Park on April 1. Reportedly, the five-month-old cub was last seen moving on March 26 with his mother T-60. Spotting canine marks on its neck, the officials predicted that the cub died likely due to a fight with another tiger. Moreover, after recovering the carcass in a disfigured condition, the cub was disposed of after postmortem.

Maharashtra's Guatala Autramghat Wildlife Sanctuary officials have spotted a tiger in the sanctuary after nearly eight decades of oblivion.
